Chartered in 1956, the Home Builders Association of Lane County was founded, in 2022 HBA Lane County expanded region to include Linn, Lincoln, Benton and Lane Counties, and is now the Western Oregon Builders Association (WOBA). Today, over 230 builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and related businesses throughout the region make up the Association's diverse membership. WOBA is the local chapter of the National Association of Home Builders, over 850 chapters and
203,000 members strong.
